PACKAGING REDESIGN

NessAlla is a women-run brand from my hometown of Madison, Wisconsin. While waitressing in college, I stocked their products in the cooler and, on my breaks, scribbled new logos for them on napkins. So, when I learned Hiebing was starting a packaging design project for NessAlla back in 2020, I immediately emailed my Creative Director to (very enthusiastically) volunteer for the assignment.

We explored many visual directions, with the client ultimately selecting this one - which uses paper collage to celebrate the hand-crafted nature of the kombucha, while staying clean, crisp, and vibrant. After I relocated to Washington, the Hiebing team continued to evolve the design and apply it to the packaging of a whole line of flavors as well as other brand assets.
